3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Pricing, Payments & Currency

• All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Supported currencies include Saudi Riyal (SAR) and Qatari Riyal (QAR).
• Prices may vary by country due to local taxes, fees, and market conditions.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.
• Payment must be completed before digital products are delivered or services are rendered.

5. Digital Product Delivery

• Digital invitations and templates are delivered electronically upon successful payment.
• Delivery is typically instant; however, custom designs may require additional processing time as specified during order placement.
• You are responsible for ensuring your email address and contact details are correct for delivery.
• Download links for templates remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

• All templates, designs, graphics, and content available on Al Maazim are the intellectual property of Al Maazim or licensed to us.
• Purchasing a template grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own events.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our templates or designs without written permission.
• Custom designs created specifically for you remain the property of Al Maazim unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Refund Policy

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of templates and pre-designed invitations are final and non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
• Custom Services: Refunds for custom design services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work has not commenced, a full refund may be issued.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems with delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund requests must comply with the consumer protection laws of Saudi Arabia or Qatar, as applicable.

8. User Content & Conduct

• You retain ownership of any content (text, images, event details) you upload to create your invitations.
• You grant Al Maazim a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your order.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or violates third-party rights or local laws of Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
• Al Maazim reserves the right to refuse service for content that violates these standards or applicable local regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Al Maazim provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues beyond our control.
