3. Digital Products — No Refunds

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales of pre-designed templates and standard digital invitations are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. This includes:

• Template downloads from our marketplace
• Standard digital invitations generated and delivered to your account
• Any digital files, graphics, or assets provided as part of your purchase

We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Custom Design Services

Refund eligibility for custom design services depends on the stage of work completion:

• Work Not Started: If you cancel before our design team begins work, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation request.
• Work In Progress: If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before final delivery, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Work Completed: Once custom designs have been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Revision Limits: Custom design packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are chargeable and non-refundable.

5. Technical Issues & Delivery Failures

If you experience technical problems that prevent delivery or proper use of your purchase:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue.
• Our team will attempt to resolve the technical problem within 48 hours.
• If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
• Refunds for technical issues require documented evidence of the problem (screenshots, error messages, etc.).

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

• If you are charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate charge.
• If you were charged an incorrect amount, the difference will be refunded or charged as applicable.
• Please report duplicate or erroneous charges within 14 days of the transaction.

7. Refund Process

• Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
• Services that have been fully rendered and delivered
• Gift cards, promotional credits, or voucher purchases
• Subscription fees for any premium features (if applicable)
• Third-party fees or charges imposed by payment processors
